It’s spring like weather outside, dandelions are everywhere, their yellow flowers looks eye pleasing put a smile on your face:)
I read a lot about dandelion root tea and coffee and their health benefits so I decide to try and experiment by my self, dig out some dandelion roots looks amazing.
thinking to dry, to make powder for dandelion root tea. You can roast it in oven to make coffee.
I am not a coffee person 🙂 but I love tea, three times a day 🙂
so I think I will let it dry to make powder to make tea. You can use a fresh one too, will post a recipe for fresh dandelion root tea soon,.
best part is you don’t have to plant or care and it’s all free highly medicinal weed I don’t feel like calling it a weed:)

Amazing transformation from tiny lettuce plant to fully loaded with tiny bright yellow flowers turns into slightly grey white seed pods, not to mention cool green color is a treat to ones eyes and soul .
