Good morning friends. Have a pleasant day☕️I was thinking about the article I read yesterday about how to stop bolting the plants so they keep producing more food for a while, great idea.however the way I think, we should let the few plants bolts to seeds to save seeds.
Saving seeds are equally important I should say more important.
Not only you will have your own seeds, you also have a chance to learn more about the plants, which you would have been missed otherwise.
not to mention that brings you immense pleasure by watching them grow every stage of their life 🙂

This is my first time trying coconut milk smoothie and it turn out delicious so let’s make a coconut milk smoothie
One cup coconut milk.
Half cup regular milk. You can add plain water instead of milk.
One tablespoon oatmeal powder.
One tablespoon almond powder.
One tsp honey.
In a blender.
place cut banana first.
add coconut milk.
add regular milk.
add oatmeal powder.
add almond powder.
blend it in a smoothie like consistency.
Enjoy this healthy coconut smoothie for breakfast.
