Breakfast Smoothie: Oatmeal Banana

Oatmeal Banana Smoothie

In the morning when there is so much to do and I don’t have time to prepare breakfast. This oatmeal smoothie is quick and very easy. You can make this smoothie using many ingredients like honey, vanilla, yogurt, etc.

Today we are keeping it simple with only three ingredients: Oatmeal, Banana, and Milk

Mix in a blender:

2 cups of milk

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup oatmeal

Blend it until its a smooth consistency.

Pour and enjoy!

Note: Grind oatmeal using coffee grinder ahead of time. Keep a small jar ready to use when recipe calls for it. Save time in a hurry.
