Oven roasted vegetables are my favorite breakfast:)
I know call me crazy but I love to eat roasted vegetables in breakfast
potatoes, onions, garlic, cauliflowers, cabbage, broccoli to name a few.
i love cabbage the most 🙂
this is very easy, quick and tasty vegetables you make in a minutes not to mention it very healthy for you.
oven roasted broccoli with yellow and orange bell peppers🌶
one small bunch of fresh broccoli
half yellow bell pepper
half orange bell pepper
couple of tablespoons olive oil
one tsp or less salt
half tsp red chili powder
One tablespoonful honey to drizzle
wash , clean broccoli, cut in a lengthwise
wash, clean bell peppers, cut in a strips
let’s start cooking 🙂
pre heat the oven for 400 degrees
in a baking pan
place broccoli pieces and bell peppers
add couple of tablespoons of olive oil
add salt to taste
add red chili powder
mix it well to cover all the vegetables with oil and spices
bake it for about ten to fifteen minutes until it looks nicely roasted ,tender and slightly crunchy.
once it’s done
drizzle tablespoon of honey for added zest to broccoli, it enhance the flavor of broccoli.
