Coriander chutney.

Coriander chutney also known as cilantro chutney or kothmir chutney.

This chutney goes well with many Indian foods like dhokla, khaman, idli, dosha , pakoda and also on sandwiches or parathas. Coriander chutney is also good for health since it contains all the healthy ingredients.
Let’s make coriander chutney.
I bunch fresh coriander leavers. Washed and chopped.
Four green peppers. I used jalapeño poppers.
Small piece of ginger.
Couple of tablespoons coconut powder.
One tsp salt
Half tsp sugar
Half piece of fresh lemon

In blender
Place chopped coriander leaves first
Add cut peppers
Add shredded ginger
Add coconut
Now add sugar and salt
Squeeze half lemon.
Add half cup water
Blend it in to paste
Add water more or less to get desire consistency.

Keep this coriander chutney in refrigerator.
Enjoy this chutney with your favorite food.
